Why IMPRINT™ stands alone
IMPRINT™ operationalizes BEP Field Theory — Belonging, Energy, and Prediction as coupled fields governing human contribution dynamics. Where most career assessments measure traits in isolation, BEP treats human signature as a field state: the interaction of how you draw energy (KAI) and how you transmit presence (MARI).
KAI measures the contribution surface area: where your energy comes from, what skills you've absorbed, and how much capacity you have to deploy them. Eight dimensions are aggregated: movement, social, adventure, drive, knowledge, maker, leadership, service. KAI is a capacity metric — it answers "what can you do?"
MARI measures the signature depth: the irreducibly human qualities that automation cannot replicate. Six dimensions: expression, depth, resilience, presence, invention, connection. MARI is a signal metric — it answers "what makes you irreplaceable?"
KAI and MARI are intentionally orthogonal. A high-KAI/low-MARI profile is a competent generalist whose work is increasingly automatable. A low-KAI/high-MARI profile is rare presence with limited reach. The most defensible position in a post-automation economy is high on both — but more importantly, knowing which axis you're strongest on tells you where to invest.
Ten archetypes (Architect, Performer, Anchor, Connector, Maker, Oracle, Catalyst, Steward, Mediator, Multidimensional) compete for the highest fit score against your full profile. When the gap between #1 and #2 is small, both are surfaced — IMPRINT™ does not force a clean winner where the data does not support one. Confidence indicators flag profiles built from sparse or undifferentiated input.
